From bread factory to cafe.

Bread & Salt is a 1950s industrial bakery, restored as a contemporary arts space in Barrio Logan. The original bread mixer still sits at the heart of the room — a centerpiece, not a relic.

We opened Provecho inside because the space already felt like a third place: bright, open, anchored by history, and full of people who came back.

The neighborhood: Barrio Logan.

Latino-rooted, artist-led, one of San Diego's most distinctive neighborhoods. Chicano Park is a 5-minute walk. So is the bay.
