Sourcing

Every coffee, named farmer.

Three countries. Three exporters we trust. About 270 farmers we can name.

Green coffee in bags at the roastery

How we source.

We buy through exporter partners who work directly with smallholder farmers. We pay above commodity price, we taste every lot before we commit, and we publish the farms by name.

When a lot comes in that doesn't taste like what we tasted on the cupping table, we send it back. That's the agreement.
