Karem ran a coffee program before Provecho. She leads sourcing, quality, and the bar — and reads every wholesale application personally.

Gerardo — Co-founder.

Gerardo came up in hospitality. He built the cafe experience and the partnerships, and he's behind the fall roastery launch.

Our shorthand for how we work. When a guest walks in, whatever you're doing, you stop. You greet them. You make eye contact. You make the coffee. The dishes can wait.

It comes from hospitality, not specialty coffee. We borrowed it on purpose.
